ChooseFireplacesandStoves.com reserves the right to cancel products to any customer for any reason at any time. The customer's sole remedy in such cases will be the full refund of any funds our store has collected in reference to the cancelled products and/or services.

You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund minus a 15% non-refundable fee provided your order has not been added to the shipping queue or shipped by either ourselves or the distributor. The 15% fee can be used as store credit for future purchases. Our customer service representatives can inform you of the status of your order and advise you whether or not the order can be cancelled. Once an item is shipped or added to the shipping queue by either us or the distributor the item cannot be cancelled or returned. In the case where items you receive are damaged from shipping or defective, ChooseFireplacesandStoves.com will exchange the damaged item with a new item.

ChooseFireplacesandStoves.com does not, however, warrant that this information is correct, totally accurate, or complete. The only remedy of a customer acting on incorrect information is to request a cancellation of the order placed as a result of this incorrect information.

You agree that the laws of the state of California, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Service and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and the ChooseFireplacesandStoves.com or its affiliates.

Pursuant to the terms of service, you agree to submit all disputes, claims, causes of action, under California state law to arbitration before Jams in Contra Costa County, California. You further agree that any claims, causes of action, disputes, and/or remedies deemed arbitrable under California laws shall be adjudicated first to judgment. All other incidences that are inarbitrable under California law shall be adjudicated, if necessary, after any arbitration proceeding and must be brought in the Superior Court of Contra Costa, California.
